KT HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

In an effort to give our employees (and the owner) some much needed R & R, the KT offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2009. With the recent heat wave, we desperately need some time to re-coup and get prepared for the upcoming summer season. Although we will still be operational for Emergency Service Calls, we truly appreciate the time off to gather our thoughts. We will re-open for business as usual on Monday, July 6th.

KT TO EXPAND ITS HORRIZONS

After many requests from neighboring communities, KT has now expanded into Marion County. "It would appear that all we have done is run the crooks into our neighboring communities to the north and west", stated Kevin Violette, President of KTAC. "We have recently seen a number of retirees swindled out of thousands of dollars in unnecessary add-ons, as well as repair and replacement items. We will therefor be taking our theory of honest trade practices into affected areas within our reach. We will eventually open offices in these areas if the need arrises".

KT RECEIVES CALLS ABOUT SCAMMERS

The KT AC Management Team have been inundated with telephone calls from local residents stating that they have been telemarketed by a/c companies offering cheap tune-ups, only to be told that they need excesive repairs, or even replacement, of their central heating and cooling systems.

Kevin Violette, President of KT Management, states that this scam has been active for years in the industry, and people should be wary of any offer that sounds "too good to be true". "At the price of todays fuel, it should stand to reason that there is no way a firm can come to your home for as little as $29.95 and thoroughly clean anything", said Kevin. "Most usually all they want to do is get their foot in your door to sell you a load of un-necessary items, or possibly even a new piece of equipment".

KT recommends that anyone telemarketed for a cheap cleaning realize that they just aren't getting much and discontinue the call. Those told that they need extensive work should ALWAYS get a second opinion.
